  • Yes and its FREE ! Once you arrive we will ask you to please email us the label for printing. If you want to skip the line.. Ship@GravityBoxes.com

  • Yes and no. If you already have a label for ground services, there is no drop-off weight or size restriction, as the size and weight have already been cleared. However, if your item needs a label for domestic or international services, there are thresholds to consider. Should your item exceed these thresholds, we have access to freight shipment options. For extreme cases or further clarification, please email us at ship@gravityboxes.com.

  • Of course! Just come in and ask for assistance.

  • Prices are determined by 4 factors: 1. Size of the box 2. Destination / distance of travel 3. Weight of the box 4. Declared value

    We do not have a flat rate pice

  • Yes, we offer several FedEx Express options for overnight shipping. Please note that we must process the shipment before the FedEx pick-up. For the best results, please arrive before 3 PM, as we are the last pick-up on the driver's route.

  • Yes, we do ship internationally and worldwide! However, there are certain extreme locations where mail delivery services are unavailable or where US sanctions prevent us from shipping. If you have any concerns, please email us at ship@gravityboxes.com.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to process QR codes. However, if you have access to a physical label, we will gladly print it for you at no cost.

  • Yes we stock over 100 different box sizes and carry tape in our storefront

  • Yes, we carry a wide range of free FedEx boxes and envelopes. Please note that these are only usable for Express packages, and availability may vary depending on our stock (while supplies last).
